Greetings Future Florida Members

We are currently awaiting a decision from the Florida Supreme Court concerning our fight in the Fifth District in the case of (Michael Crist V State of Florida) the fifth DCA held their decision in abeyance to allow for Florida Supreme Court review. The case at hand is the requirement that a Florida driver's license contain the designation "SEXUAL PREDATOR" for persons in that category constitutional compelled speech that was unconstitutional under the strict scrutiny test. This constitutional question now lies with the Supreme Court of Florida. We all fought and advocated this same issue in the Louisiana Supreme Court and the Alabama Federal Court and the people won. We will also win in Florida very soon.

We are also fighting and advocating the laws that determine "sexual predator" designation nationwide and in Florida which we know violate due process concerns and concern constitutional questions.

As you know Florida, much like South Carolina, has laws that require "lifetime" registry. We recently had a major victory in South Carolina where we are having members removed from the registry every month after South Carolina deemed the registry to be unconstitutional without an avenue for removal.

We are confident that we are close to the same victory in Florida. So, as a Florida member, after we restore your reputation we will work to get you off the registry too.

We are not just changing lives we are changing legacies.
